Sign Up for COPE - Committee on Political Empowerment

If you are interested in contributing to SEIU COPE fill out the following form. This form does not by itself sign you up for COPE contributions. A co-worker or a union staff member will contact you about how to sign up. Only SEIU members may make COPE contributions. Most workplaces have COPE Check-Off, whereby you can contribute to COPE through small contributions withheld from each pay check. If you have questions about SEIU COPE please contact us.
