Quick Highlights of Contract Reopener Improvements

24/7 Differential ($2.00) paid on all vacation, holiday and comp time

Nurse Residents and ADN New to Practice nurses become part of our bargaining unit and have contract rights

Former Nurse Interns, Nurse Residents and ADN New to Practice nurses receive bargaining unit seniority credit for their time in these positions

Wages
Nurses – Year 1: 6.5% Across the Board + Anniversary Increase
Year 2: 4% Across the Board + Anniversary Increase
PTs/OTs/Therapists/Dieticians – Year 1: 4% Across the Board + Anniversary Increase
Year 2: 3% Across the Board + Anniversary Increase
Per Diem Nurses – Option III 17% increase in Year 1, 4% increase in Year 2
Other Options 6.5% increase in Year 1, 4% increase in Year 2
Per Diem Occupational Therapists – 4% to 13% increase Year 1, 3% increase Year 2
Per Diem Physical Therapists – 4% to 12% increase Year 1, 3% increase Year 2
Nurse Residents/ADN New to Practice nurses – On grid with same raises as Nurse Clinicians
Differentials and Bonuses
Holdover Bonus for Outpatient Staff – increase from $10.00 to $15.00 for first hour
Float Pool Differential – increase from $1.50 to $2.25
Core Float Differential – increase from $.75 to $1.00
Standby Pay – increase from $2.75 to $3.00
Permanent Off Shift Differential – paid on vacation time and comp time beginning 6/24/07
Evening and Night Differential – 50% paid on vacation and comp time beginning 6/24/07
Preceptor Bonus – from $150 to $500 per trainee beginning 6/24/07
